L2/L3 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship

As a Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner Apprentice, you will support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 3 - 5 in Nursery and Reception You will work alongside experienced staff to deliver engaging educational and play-based activities, support children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, and help meet the needs of pupils with suspected additional needs. You will assist in preparing and organising learning resources, contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating environment, and promote children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development. The role includes observing, monitoring, and recording children’s progress and developmental milestones You will develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promote inclusion and participation, support routine administration Liaise with staff on safeguarding, wellbeing, and behaviour, and undertake first aid duties and training as required

Working Hours :
32.5 hours per week, term-time only, across 38.4 weeks per year (190 school days plus 2 additional days). A 30-minute unpaid lunch break applies each working day.
