Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice - UB5

Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting the managers in the day-to-day running of the nursery Supervising and supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Liaising with and supporting parents and family members professionally Assisting with preparing meals, snacks, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and nursery areas Supporting day-to-day operations Working alongside experienced staff Participating in ongoing training and development Attending occasional out-of-hours activities such as staff meetings, training sessions, parents’ evenings, and fundraising events Ensuring health & safety policies are followed at all times Maintaining confidentiality where appropriate

Training:

During your apprenticeship, you will:

Receive regular training from Excellence Solutions Limited Complete at least 20% off-the-job training Study the Early Years Educator apprenticeship Gain hands-on experience in a real working environment

Training Outcome:
Learners can use this qualification to go into various care roles You can progress onto the advanced apprenticeship and work your way up in the nursery going into team leading and management roles You could also use your experience to go into teaching, nursing, midwifery, play work and social work There are many directions you can go with your apprenticeship should you wish

Monday - Friday, 10.30am - 5.30pm
