Business Administration and Customer Service Apprenticeship
Duties will include:
Answering the telephones and assisting customers with a broad range of enquiries Sending emails to customers / suppliers Updating database and online ordering system regularly Updating website regularly with product and price changes Answering online enquiries in a timely and highly professional manner Processing new customer orders received for invoicing Assisting management team with compiling of information for reports Any other duties that are requested by the management teamTraining:
Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Customer Services
