About the Role
Rehability UK is looking for caring and motivated individuals to join the team as Support Worker Apprentices.
You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, helping them live independently and enjoy meaningful daily activities.
While working in the role, you will complete the Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship, gaining valuable skills and experience in health and social care.
Key Responsibilities:
Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care Encourage independence and participation in activities and community life Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures Work as part of a supportive team to deliver person-centred care Maintain clear and accurate recordsWorking Hours
Full-time hours with day or night shifts available.
Typical shifts may include:
7:00am – 3:00pm
9:00am – 5:00pm
8:00am – 8:00pm
8:00pm – 8:00am (night shift)
Requirements
Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement) Caring and compassionate nature Reliable and motivated to learn Willingness to complete the Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship No previous care experience requiredCareer Progression
Successful apprentices may progress to a permanent Support Worker role or continue onto the Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker qualification.
