About the Role:
Rehability UK is offering an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker Apprentice to join their team based in Knightsway, Tewkesbury.
This role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in adult social care while working towards a Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship.
You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex care requirements, helping them live as independently as possible while providing the care and support they need.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide practical and emotional support to individuals within the service Assist service users with daily living activities and personal care where required Encourage independence and support individuals to develop life skillsSupport participation in activities and social engagement Follow individual care plans and risk assessments Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff Promote health, safety and wellbeing at all times Follow safeguarding procedures and organisational policies Work alongside experienced support workers while completing apprenticeship training

Working Hours :
Monday to Sunday day and night shifts. Typical shift patterns may include: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm, 8:00am - 8:00pm, 8:00pm - 8:00am (night shifts)
