Assisting with conducting site inspections Managing contract documentation Liaising with stakeholders to ensure precise financial delivery.

Training:
BSc Hons  Delivered via day release on ARU's Chelmsford campus with 2 days per week in the first year and 1 day per week the rest of the duration

Training Outcome:
The Apprenticeship offers a direct, debt-free route to a high-paying, chartered profession with high demand in the construction, property, and, environmental sectors The 5-year, Level 6 program allows individuals to "earn while they learn," culminating in a BSc (Hons) degree and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) status, in a high demand industry

We are a family run building company, who have been in the industry for over 60 years. We have five divisions which are; Service & Maintenance, Mechanical & Renewables, Commercial & Electrical, Construction, Decarbonisation & Retrofit.

Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
