What You’ll do:
As a KONE Apprentice Engineer, you’ll gain real, practical experience, including:
Hands‑On Learning: Working alongside and shadowing experienced engineers on live sites Maintenance & Installation: Supporting the maintenance or installation of lifts or escalators Servicing & Fault Finding: Learning how to diagnose and resolve technical issues safely and efficiently Customer Interaction: Developing professional communication skills with customers and site contactsNo two days are the same and every day you’ll be learning something new.
Training:
Engineering Maintenance Technician - Single Discipline Level 3.
Training is work‑based, primarily at customer sites, so you must be prepared to travel.
Travel to and from customer sites takes place outside standard working hours.
Training Outcome:
By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll be a fully qualified Lift or Escalator Engineer, ready to take the next step within KONE.

Working Hours :
Working Week: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. On Friday from 8:00am - 3:00pm.
