Multi Skilled Engineering Apprentice
Year 1: you will be based at the training provider on a full-time basis, where you will learn the basics of engineering.
Years 2 – 4: you undertake a mixture of learning at your training provider, at our Centre of Excellence (residential Monday to Friday) and at sites; meet and train with key equipment and robotics suppliers and undertake practical learning. This enables you to build key relationships and learn from your experienced colleagues.
Training:
In year 1. you will be based at Seta in Washington on a full-time basis, where you will learn the basics of engineering.
In years 2-4, you undertake a mixture of learning at your training provider, at our Centre of Excellence (residential Monday to Friday) in Doncaster (Sandtoft site) and sites; meet and train with key equipment and robotics suppliers and undertake practical learning. This enables you to build key relationships and learn from your experienced colleagues.
Training Outcome:
In addition to your apprenticeship, you will also gain a number of vocational and academic qualifications which are fully funded. Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday - 8am - 4pm Friday - 8am - 12:30pm. Please note that these hours are during your first year with Seta. They may change once you move into the workplace.
