You will support the team in delivering outstanding service to customers, handling enquiries, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Providing product and service information Resolving customer queries and escalating issues where necessary Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks Ensuring a high standard of professionalism in all communications
