Apprentice Programme 2026 KONE Door Business, UK

As a KONE Doors Business Apprentice Engineer, you’ll gain real, practical experience, including:

Hands-on learning: Shadowing and working alongside experienced engineers on-site Maintenance & installation: Supporting the maintenance, repairs or installation of industrial and pedestrian doors, gates and barriers Servicing & fault finding: Learning how to diagnose and resolve technical issues Customer interaction: Working professionally with customers and site contacts

No two days are the same and every day you’ll be learning something new.



Training:

Training is work‑based, primarily at customer sites, so you must be prepared to travel.

Travel to and from customer sites takes place outside standard working hours.



Training Outcome:

By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll be a qualified Door engineer, ready to take the next step within KONE.
