Training:
We have an in-house training package which covers mandatory modules such as health & safety, fire safety, conflict management etc. You will also be required to attend Cambridge Regional College once a week and continue on the job learning on the remaining days of the week at The Axe and Compass.

Training Outcome:
Once the apprenticeship is completed we would hope to take the person on as a commis chef with the opportunity to progress

Situated just off the A1307, 3 miles from St Ives, 6 miles from Huntingdon and 12 miles from Cambridge, we are perfectly placed for our locals, business people, tourists, walkers and cyclists. Wherever possible we try to source our food from local suppliers.



Working Hours :
4 day week + college day , Shift may vary.
