Training & LMS Administration:
Set up and manage courses and classes in iLearn Book training rooms, coordinate attendees and arrange logisticsGrow into training delivery:
Co‑facilitate training sessions alongside experienced trainers Lead role‑based training with growing independence Troubleshoot user issues, provide follow up support and update learning materialsSupport system implementations:
Help plan and deliver training and implementation activities across the business Track user adoption and suggest improvements Provide ongoing site supportTraining Outcome:
Higher level apprenticeship is an option on successful completion of this programme
