Property Maintenance Apprenticeship

Assisting with general repairs and maintenance across the site or building Checking and maintaining fixtures, fittings, and equipment Communicating effectively with colleagues, tenants, and clients on site Learning to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications Ensuring tools and materials are prepared and stored safely

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Training Outcome:

Opportunity to progress onto a site foreman. 

Lots of progression routes.
