Day-Day Responsibilities:
Learn how to understand client's apprenticeship needs and create detailed job descriptions tailored to their requirements Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to attract diverse candidates and promote apprenticeship opportunities with a client-focused approach Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, motivations, and alignment with client expectations Maintain open communication, providing regular updates to both parties and facilitating feedback sessions Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and client requirementsTraining:
