Trainee Motor Claims Handler Apprentice

You will support customers after road traffic accidents and help progress their claims while completing a structured apprenticeship programme. Full training and mentoring are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Take customer calls and record First Notification of Loss (FNOL) details. Update claim information and handle general administration. Liaise with repairers, hire providers, and recovery agents. Keep customers and referrers informed and provide clear, professional support. Follow internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Training:

The apprenticeship will be delivered with a blend of on-site and online meetings with the assessor every 4 - 6 weeks until completion of the apprenticeship.



Training Outcome:
Motor Claims Handler – taking ownership of your own caseload and making independent decisions. Senior Claims Handler – managing more complex claims and providing guidance to newer team members. As the business continues to grow, there may also be opportunities to move into other roles across the company.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
