A leading and fast-growing hospitality group is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead and develop their events sales strategy across a portfolio of stylish and high-energy venues. The Head of Sales will take ownership of the events sales function, driving revenue growth while leading and developing a high-performing sales team. Working closely with senior leadership, marketing, and operations, this role will play a key part in shaping the group’s events strategy and maximising commercial opportunities across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the events sales team, driving performance and revenue growthDevelop and execute the group’s events sales strategyIdentify new business opportunities across corporate, private, and brand-led eventsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and corporate partnersOversee the full sales cycle from enquiry through to conversionMonitor KPIs, conversion rates, and sales performanceWork closely with marketing teams on campaigns and lead generationCollaborate with venue management and operations teams to ensure seamless event deliveryAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior sales role within hospitality, events, or lifestyle venuesStrong background in event sales, ideally across multiple venues or conceptsDemonstrable track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targetsExcellent leadership and team management skillsWell-connected within the London events and corporate marketHighly commercial with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesEnergetic, creative, and passionate about hospitality and events
