Childcare Apprenticeship - Stourport-on-Severn

Join our warm and welcoming team at Roundhill Day Nursery as an Early Years Apprentice, where you’ll play an active role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0–5. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone passionate about early education, ready to take on more responsibility, and eager to develop the skills needed to lead high quality play and learning experiences. You’ll work alongside experienced practitioners, contribute to planning activities, build positive relationships with children and families, and create a safe, stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and confidence. Your role will include;

Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. Carry out observations and contribute to children’s learning journeys. Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families. Support daily routines.

Upon completion of this 12 month Apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship L2 Apprenticeship.

Training Outcome:

There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Roundhill was originally founded in 2012 when Emma, our nursery owner and manager set out to find a setting for her first Nursery. It took almost 4 long years to find the right property and finally, we have The School House, Stourport.

Working Hours :
Monday-Friday (Range Between 07:30-18:00)
