ServiceNow Architect
Linking Humans is supporting a leading global consulting organisation that is expanding its ServiceNow architecture capability. They are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve business processes, enhance user experience, and support enterprise digital transformation. This role combines solution architecture, platform design, and technical leadership, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and automation teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions across complex environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments - Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs - Design and oversee implementations across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and other platform capabilities - Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the ServiceNow platform and integrations - Guide development teams on configuration, customisation, and best practice architecture - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and consultants - Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and platform innovations to ensure clients maximise platform capabilities Skills & Experience - Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and solution design - Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations - Experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Ability to lead technical teams and work closely with business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules - Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments Additional Requirements - Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance - Applicants must have lived in the UK continuously for the last 5 years
