Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Plymouth

Our client provides Nursing care to elderly people in a beautiful, modern environment. As the Clinical Lead you will be a Senior member of the Nursing team and be responsible for overseeing clinical operations and managing the wider nursing and care team.

Experience of working with a Nursing HomeNMC PIN (RGN or RMN)Full Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is NOT on offer)

Skills Required

Strong LeadershipEffective use of time for self and staffUp-to-date clinical skillsKnowledge of the current care practices laid down by the CQCKnowledge of dementia careGood communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to nurture and develop staff
