Optical Assistant – Role

Deliver a welcoming and personalised experience to every patient Support frame styling and lens recommendations based on lifestyle and prescription Assist with dispensing duties including measurements, adjustments and aftercare Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain high store standards, stock presentation and accurate patient records

Optical Assistant – Requirements

Previous Optical Assistant experience Confident communication and strong customer service skills Passion for eyewear and helping customers feel confident in their choice Organised and reliable approach to work Someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with patients

Optical Assistant – Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience £400+ per month bonus potential 35 total holidays Ongoing training and development opportunities
