Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

The role will involve the following tasks:

Assist in overseeing the management of projects from conception to completion. Assist with monitoring progress on site to ensure completion of works within agreed programmes. Provide support regarding all financial aspects of projects to ensure a successful outcome. Process sub-contract orders and purchase orders for plant and material. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations on site.

Training:
The successful candidate will be enrolled on to Surveying Technician Level 3 Intermediate Apprenticeship. The successful candidate will attend college on day release as directed by the college. Apprentices will achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Surveying as a pre requisite to end point assessment and will become Associate members of the RICS (AssocRICS). Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.

Training Outcome:
On successful completion of level 3 and EPA students can progress onto BSc Quantity Surveying Degree Apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5:30pm.
