This local Authority are looking for an Assistant Team Manager to be the lead Therapy Social Worker .
This role is full-time, and permanent, and they offer an extensive list of benefits, along with their competitive salary of up to £48,000.
The ideal Social Worker will have therapy and frontline experience.

Your responsibilities as the Assistant Team Manager:
Leading and Managing your Team
Provide advice and support in relation to casework
Influencing and encouraging your team
Providing a range of performance management and quality assurance
Requirements of you as the Assistant Team Manager:
A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid Social Work England registration
Significant experience of working within Children and Families
Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position
Experience of working within a Frontline Team
Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: North London
Salary: Up to £38,000
