Apprentice Engineering Technician

You will:

• Learn how to process material to the required production plan and applied standard operating procedures
• Learn and adhere to all safety regulations and policies
• Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
• Maintain an organised work area
• Participate in required training programs
• Develop an understanding of the manufacturing process

Training:

• College will be based within Bicester, please make sure that you have viable means of travel in order to attend

Qualifications included:

Engineering Technician - Apprenticeship Standard:

Company Training Plan Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering Foundation Competencies (full time at college for Year 1) Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering - Development Knowledge (1 day per week for 2 years at college) Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering - Development Competence (workplace) Level 2 Functional Skills - maths (if required) Level 2 Functional Skills - English (if required) End Point Assessment
