Business and Administration Apprentice
Learning vital office skills such as planning, organising, filing, processing and managing correspondence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files, tenancy records, and database entries
File, scan, and organise documentation in line with data protection policies
Act as a first point of contact for residents, visitors, and external partners via phone, email, and in person
Provide clear and friendly information about housing services, appointments, and processes
Help log and respond to queries, escalating issues to senior staff where necessary
Ensure all records are handled in accordance with GDPR and confidentiality requirements
Help maintain accurate logs of incidents, complaints, repairs, and service requests
Answer phones, manage email inboxes, and schedule appointments or meetings
Ensuring all placements are undertaken in line with legislative requirements and business protocols, promoting safe practices and to ensure the consistent delivery of services
Contributing, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group’s objectives
Training:
Business Administrator Level 3.
