Business Management Apprentice
As a Business Management Apprentice, you’ll support day-to-day operations and the site leadership team, gaining valuable experience across key business functions. Don’t worry — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
You may be involved in:
Providing operational support across departments Supporting process and compliance administration Financial administration, including purchase orders and invoice processing Data gathering, analysis, and reporting Managing stakeholder communication, calendars, and inboxes Supporting project coordination activities Governance and meeting administration Preparing routine and ad hoc reports for managementThis role will help you build transferable skills in communication, organisation, reporting, and coordination — all essential in a business environment.
Training:
With the support of experienced mentors and structured training delivered in partnership with Weston College, you’ll combine classroom learning with real workplace experience. Bring your curiosity and motivation — we’ll provide the platform to help you grow.
You will work onsite in Filton, Bristol and complete learning at Weston College one day per week.
Training Outcome:
Move into a business management role in areas such as HR, finance, project support.
