Office Administration Apprentice

Manage the reception area including welcoming customers and guests, direct all visitors signing them into the visitors’ book Manage company correspondence, answer and route telephone calls to the appropriate person Respond to requests for information by telephone and email Receive incoming packages and prepare outgoing packages Payments, process card, cheque, and cash payments from customers Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times with clients Process quotations and orders on in house software (Evolution) Perform all other clerical duties as required to include but not limited to filing, photocopying , scanning

Training Outcome:
On completion of the level 3 Business Administration qualification, providing you show the correct skills and abilities, you will have the opportunity to progress onto a full-time position We are looking to invest our knowledge, skills and time in the right person. This position has the potential to develop into a successful career for the right candidate growing with the company

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 4.30pm and Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm
