Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship

You’ll spend 80% of your time building practical skills and 20% working toward your level 3 qualification.

During the Apprenticeship, you will rotate across key warehouse functions, gaining a broad understanding of our end to end processes. Your responsibilities will include:‑to‑end processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Checking goods that arrive at the warehouse to ensure everything is correct Scanning products to support inbound and outbound logistics workflows Helping safely load and unload lorries Supporting the team with managing returned or unsuccessful deliveries Completing administrative tasks for our Inbound and Error Handling teams Training towards operating a Forklift Truck (FLT), once eligible

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.



Training Outcome:

If you work hard and push yourself in work and on the programme then there is every chance of securing a fantastic role at the end of the apprenticeship, there are lots of progression opportunities.
