Business and Logistics Apprenticeship

You’ll spend 80% of your time gaining hands‑on experience and 20% working toward your Level 3 qualification.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Updating customer orders and keeping our systems accurate Communicating with delivery partners to confirm details, request quotes and help resolve issues Coordinating deliveries, collections and return requests Supporting customer credit processes by working with both customers and suppliers Helping prepare documents for international shipments Organising orders so they’re ready for picking in the warehouse Raising internal purchase requests and completing general admin tasks

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
If you work hard and push yourself in work and on the programme then there is every chance of securing a fantastic role at the end of the apprenticeship, there are lots of progression opportunities
