Business Improvement and People Apprenticeship

Spend 80% of your time learning on the job and 20% studying towards your Level 3 apprenticeship Support teams to improve how they work using Agile practices and techniques Research Agile topics and share insights with teams and Communities of Practice Help facilitate Agile events such as retrospectives Support team maturity assessments and help turn insights into improvement actions Assist with training sessions, case studies, articles, and presentations Learn how data and metrics can be used to understand team progress and improvement

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
If you work hard and push yourself in work and on the programme then there is every chance of securing a fantastic role at the end of the apprenticeship, there are lots of progression opportunities
