Apprentice Recruiter
As an Apprentice Recruiter, you will support the delivery of temporary workers to construction sites across the region. You’ll learn how to source candidates, build relationships with clients and workers, and manage the fast-moving demands of a temp desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract construction workers using job boards, social media, and referrals Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews Build and maintain a strong pool of reliable temporary workers Coordinate bookings and placements for construction sites Communicate with clients and workers to ensure smooth shift coverage Manage compliance and right-to-work documentation Maintain accurate records on the recruitment system Support the team in filling last-minute requirements in a fast-paced environmentTraining:
You will achieve the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship There are workshops that you will need to attend via Teams You will have the opportunity to upskill your maths and English You will have a mentor for one-to-one teaching and learning In-house training will be given to support the specifics of the role
Training Outcome:
For the right candidate, there will be opportunities for ongoing development and progression upon completion of your apprenticeship.

Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5.00pm. Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm.
