Our agency is partnering with a fast-growing, high-quality brand to find a Senior Bakery Production Manager to oversee production at a large manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running the first shift baking and production operations, ensuring consistent quality, strong team leadership, and efficient execution in a high-volume environment.

What You’ll Own

Lead and oversee bakery production operationsEnsure consistent product quality, presentation, and recipe adherenceDirect and manage a high-volume production team of bakers and support staffSchedule team members and manage daily staffing needsMaintain strong food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

Extensive years leadership experience in a high-volume bakery or food production environmentStrong knowledge of large-scale baking operations and production flowExperience working with bakery equipmentStrong leadership style focused on team development and accountabilityExperience with manufacturing environments is a plusSpanish/English bilingual skills are helpful but not required
