What You’ll Be Doing:
Depending on your team placement, you may be involved in:Workforce Planning Supporting workforce planning processes and meetings Helping prepare data packs, reports and action trackers Maintaining accurate datasets and information Assisting with cross-directorate planning activities and workshops
Finance Support:
Processing purchase orders, invoices and financial records Supporting budget monitoring and compliance checks Maintaining digital filing systems and documentation Liaising with managers, services and suppliersEmployee Relations:
Providing admin support for ER casework and meetings Supporting the preparation of letters, templates and documentation Updating HR systems and maintaining confidential records Helping coordinate training sessions and policy workshopsTraining:
A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, (18 months including endpoint assessment) topics covered include:

Many apprentices continue their learning by progressing to:
