Teaching Assistant apprenticeship

Supervising pupil's behaviour and demeanour in accordance with staff guidance.  Maintaining cleanliness and organsiation in the teaching enviornment and assisting with pupil care.  Aiding teachers with administrative tasks and supporting pupil's development through various activities. Applying knowledge of Special Eductaional Neds (SEN) as per the SEN code of practice.  Ensuring a safe enviornment for pupil's and staff and promoting Every Child Matters.  Contributing to the schools Self Evalutation process whil adhering to policies and regulations. Setting high expectations for pupils and respecting their backgrounds for educational success. Implementing behaviour management strategies for a conducive learningn environment. Collaborating effectively with colleagues, seeking help and self-improvement.  Building and sustaining positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.

We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, and skilled Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team and contribute to our inclusive, nurturing, and aspirational school community. 



Working Hours :
Monday, 08:30 - 16:30. Tuesday, 08:30 - 16:30. Wednesday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30.
