Logistics & Operations Administrator Apprentice
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with transport scheduling and coordination Booking deliveries and managing transport documentation Communicating with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams Tracking shipments and updating delivery statuses Preparing delivery notes and administrative paperwork Maintaining accurate records and filing systems Supporting the team with general administrative Skills and Attributes Strong organisational and time-management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to remain calm in a busy environment Problem-solving mindset Attention to detail and accuracy Basic IT competenceThis role is supported by the Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeships standard delivered by Starting Off.
Training:
Level 3 Business administration apprentice Remote training delivery Onefile VLE 6 hours of dedicated training time every week
Training Outcome:
Possible full time permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00 35 hours per week
