Recruiter Apprentice (Level 3)

This apprenticeship aligns with the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard, giving you the opportunity to build practical skills in sourcing, attracting, and assessing candidates, all while supporting the wider Talent Acquisition team.

As a Recruiter Apprentice, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and applicant records within our ATS Managing the shared recruitment inbox and responding to queries professionally Conducting initial CV reviews and shortlisting candidates Supporting candidate screening and collecting essential information for progression Coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process Contributing to recruitment projects, process improvements, and hiring campaigns

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with candidates and stakeholders Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively A genuine interest in recruitment and a willingness to learn Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email management, etc.)

Training:

Recruiter Level 3.

Training Outcome:

Could lead to the full-time position.
