Apprentice Business Administrator
Handling customer queries and complaints, or directing them to the relevant team
Updating internal systems with accurate information
Scheduling labour, creating purchase orders and contractor work orders
Booking appointments and taking telephone calls
Training Outcome:
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, progression would be into a permanent role (as per business needs at the time).
