Our colleagues are multi-skilled in resolving enquiries by phone, email, web and socials, and we use a lot of digital/systems! You will gain a strong knowledge of our services and also utilise interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and conversations conducted with empathy and understanding
Numeracy and literacy are important skills as they feature strongly in our day-to-day work
Confidence and resilience are also important
You’ll rotate between different types of enquiries so you can build experience quickly and keep your days varied and interesting
