What You’ll Be Doing:
No two days will be exactly the same You’ll support the team with a variety of tasks that help the business run smoothly and ensure our clients and course delegates have a great experienceYou will learn how to:
Be a friendly first point of contact for people calling or emailing the business Help respond to client and customer enquiries in a helpful and timely way Keep our client database up to date Send information to people attending our programmes and workshops Help organise training events, including booking venues and arranging catering Schedule meetings and keep calendars organised Support the team with documents, spreadsheets and presentations Help process invoices, payments and expenses Take notes in meetings and help prepare reports Prepare and send materials for training courses Check and proofread documents before they go out to clients Help make sure everything runs smoothly for workshops and eventsYou may also occasionally attend workshops or conferences with the team.
Training:
You will received protected study time for your apprenticeship studies You will be assigned a personal tutor from Derby Business College who will arrange regular teaching (online) sessions

Employer Description:
Barefoot Coaching recently celebrated 30 years in business and is at the forefront of coaching practices. It regularly receives outstanding customer satisfaction scores and is described by many staff as the best job they’ve had.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm with one hour unpaid for lunch. Please note this is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home after initial training. Flexibility will be required for example, for whole team meetings or client visits.
