Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering incoming calls and passing to relevant colleague/department
Making external calls to clients or organisations to obtain documentation
Working on legal cases and following processes
Updating CRM system and case notes
General office duties, photocopying, filing, emailing & scanning documentation
Working closely with legal colleagues, gaining an insight for future development
Opportunity to develop a process improvement for department

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, 1-hour lunch (unpaid).
