Engineering Machinist Apprentice
Daily/Weekly Tasks:
Setting up and adjusting machine tools Reading and interpreting technical drawings Measuring and inspecting components using precision tools Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Working as part of a skilled engineering team Learn to set up, operate and machine using conventional manual lathesTraining:
This is a Level 3 Machining apprenticeship, delivered over a 36-month period. The apprentice will attend the training centre In-Comm Training in Telford, TF3 3AJ, 2 and a half days per week for the first 14-months.
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be a full-time position available and potential career progression and opportunities within the business.

Hydraulic Precision are a small engineering company in Telford specialising in the manufacture & design of bespoke Hydraulic Cylinders.
We also offer a full repair service as well design and building full hydraulic systems.
We machine cylinders from 25mm bore up to 500mm bore and are active in all scopes of industry, from marine, mining, construction, materials handling,
and farming, to name but a few.
Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8.00am - 4:30pm. Friday, 8.00am - 2:30pm.
