HR Admin Assistant Apprentice Level 3
As our HR Apprentice, you will play an essential role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of our HR, And recrtuiment functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews Support onboarding processes and maintain staff records Help prepare HR documents, policies, and onboarding packs Manage emails, phone enquiries, and general office communications Assist with rota management, training schedules, and compliance checks Maintain accurate digital and paper filing systemsWhat We’re Looking For:
A positive and proactive attitude Strong organisational and communication skills Willingness to learn and develop professionally Good attention to detail Ability to work confidentially and respectfully Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, email) A genuine interest in HR, or the care sector would be desirable. Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
The apprentice will be required to complete:
Work towards gaining a full Qualification Employment Rights and Responsibilities Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours Standard and End Point Assessment Functional Skills in English, maths, and ICT (if required)Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role.
Training Outcome:
Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent HR role within Aptine Care Services You will gain a recognised qualification that can support progression into HR, recruitment, compliance, care administration, or operations roles The apprenticeship provides strong foundational skills for future study, including CIPD qualifications or higher‑level business and leadership apprenticeships
