Business Administration Assistant Apprentice Level 3
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, phone enquiries, and general office communications Assist with rota management, training schedules, and compliance checks Maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems Support wider business operations such as meetings, reporting, and office coordination Provide excellent customer service to staff, clients, and external partnersWhat We’re Looking For:
A positive and proactive attitude Strong organisational and communication skills Willingness to learn and develop professionally Good attention to detail Ability to work confidentially and respectfully Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, email) A genuine interest in business operations, or the care sector would be desirable (No prior experience needed - full training will be provided.)What We Offer:

Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship
The apprentice will be required to complete:
Work towards gaining a full Qualification Employment Rights and Responsibilities Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours Standard and End Point Assessment Functional Skills in English, maths, and ICT (if required)Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role.
Training Outcome:
Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent business role within Aptine Care Services You will gain a recognised qualification that can support progression into HR, recruitment, compliance, care administration, or operations roles
