Business Administration Apprentice

The general administration duties within this role may include:

Provide general office support and administrative assistance to reception and fee earners at the Preston office (or another office in our Lancashire network from time to time if required). Sorting incoming and outgoing mail. Scanning documents onto the system. Document filing, organising files for storage and locating hard copy files as needed. Updating databases. Switchboard duties, answering calls and directing as appropriate. Greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms and assisting clients when visiting our offices as required. General office duties to ensure a clean, tidy and professional work environment Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment Any other reasonable duties which from time to time are required by the firm at any of our offices.

Training Outcome:

L3 BTEC Diploma in Business Administration.
