Apprentice Construction Quantity Surveyor

You will learn how to:

Conduct cost estimates and prepare budgets for construction projects Analyse project plans and specifications to determine quantities of materials needed Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and make recommendations for cost savings Prepare and submit progress reports, payment applications, and final accounts Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Provide guidance on contractual matters to project teams Conduct site visits to assess progress and identify any potential issues

Training:
One day a week at College On the job training Earn as you learn

Training Outcome:
On completion you will move onto study a Construction Site Management degree

Full time, Monday to Friday, 08.15 - 17.00.
