I am currently recruiting for an Head of Operations at this country hotel in Somerset. My client is looking for an individual to join their dynamic and energetic team. My client is looking for a driven individual with a background in rooms and front of house management.

Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targetsRecruit and develop a fantastic teamTrain the team to deliver a top class guest service experience Oversee the day to day running of the hotelManage & lead a team effectivelyDeliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan

The successful candidate

Experience in hotels a mustRoom management experienceHave financial acumenExcellent leadership skillsExceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
