Answering incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, and accurately taking and relaying messages Meeting and greeting clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience Preparing refreshments for client meetings Preparing and organising client files and documentation in advance of adviser meetings Providing administrative support to the Senior Administrator/Office Manager with day-to-day office tasks Liaising with external companies and service providers on behalf of clients and advisers Maintaining and updating back-office IT systems and client records to ensure accuracy and compliance Coordinating and arranging client meetings, including scheduling and diary management

Training Outcome:
