Across the scheme, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sales, engineering and customer engagement, including:
Calling lapsed customers to rebuild relationships and arrange site visits Researching and identifying new prospects across the construction industry Spending time in Construction Accessories and Plywood to build product knowledge Joining experienced sales staff on live construction projects Learning how to sell, negotiate and present solutions Building and maintaining a customer database Learning how to process customer orders Spending time with Engineering teams to understand how PERI systems are designed and used on siteTraining:
