Estate Agent Apprentice - Lettings
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a hunger to learn and have a career in the lettings industry.
Responsibilities are to include but not limited to:
Providing full administration support to the department by answering telephone calls and emails Working alongside the sales progression and lettings teams Interacting with customers on social media Completing data collection General office tasks Keeping a log of energy performance certificates Tagging property keys Helping our sales team collect feedback from viewings Conducting supervised viewings, gathering feedback, and updating the company CRM system Working with colleagues Managing the office diary Maintaining good client relationships between the agency and the landlords via regular communication Take on any required tasks of the office as and when neededTraining:
Housing and property management level 3 apprenticeship standard Face to face delivery at place of work
Training Outcome:
The possibility of joining the team full time after the completion of the apprenticeship may be available for the right candidate. However, this is not always guaranteed

Working Hours :
Tuesday, 09:00 - 17:00 (1 hour for lunch unpaid) Wednesday - Friday, 10:00 - 17:00 (1 hour for lunch unpaid) Every Saturday, 09:00 - 15:00 (30 minute break unpaid) Monday and Sundays are days off
