We are seeking a Director of Reservations to join a luxury upscale resort in Bermuda. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with strong knowledge of reservation systems and a passion for maximizing booking efficiency while delivering excellent guest service.

Position Overview

The Director of Reservations will oversee reservation operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication between the reservations team and other operational departments.

Lead and manage the reservations departmentOversee booking processes and reservation system managementMonitor room inventory, availability, and booking trendsWork closely with front office and revenue teamsMaintain strong communication with guests and travel partnersTrain and develop reservations team members

Requirements

Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environmentsOpera Cloud system experience is essentialIsland experience requiredHighly operational and detail-orientedEnergetic and guest-focused approachMust hold US, Canadian, or UK visa for travel
