The Role:
This is a super high-volume business - circa £10million turnover - so proven experience at this level is essential. The operation spans two floors, a PDR and a busy bar, requiring someone confident across every moving part of a multifaceted venue.

This role suits a commercially minded leader who still thrives on the floor. Someone obsessed with the detail, energised by service, and able to lead from the front while keeping the operation calm, controlled and organised. You will oversee a large team, driving performance, standards and culture in equal measure.
